Community Partnership is an initiative by the community for the community to foster development that encourages everyone to take personal responsibility for themselves, their family and their community supported by business, government, NGOs and other agencies.
Community Partnership has been founded and is led by people who were born in these disadvantaged communities and who have all their lives worked, toiled and contributed to various initiatives and people development programmes whilst building their own career and families with the purpose to make an even greater contribution.
Community Partnership is an opportunity for anyone who wishes to play a meaningful role in contributing to change in local communities. All that is needed is a willingness to give time and contribute to planning and implementing change with individuals, families and communities. This is done in a way that respects and gives people power to take responsibility and ownership as they rebuild their confidence, competence, capacity and capabilities to change their life chances and broaden opportunities to achieve their hopes and dreams.

At the heart of Community Partnership is the knowledge that our history and destinies are inextricably linked and that building of new and better relationships and building of community spirit and cooperation is not an option but an imperative.
Community Partnership is about writing a new chapter and story in the lives of ordinary people who are rediscovering a purpose for living that opens up a plethora of ways for thinking, acting and serving in ways that is simple yet extraordinary and helps build a new future with hope and opportunity for themselves and many others.
